This is a rare, vintage 1940s Noritake Lusterware porcelain matches / toothpicks / cigarette holder that is a gorgeous with horse heads painted on each side. The vibrant green trim is stunning. The piece measures about 3.75" tall. The rectangular opening is about 2.5" by 1.25". Very unusual and rare. There is a flea bite on the bottom that is not noticeable. See pictures for details.
